​Referral Partner Compensation Disclaimer

Commission Eligibility and Payment Terms
Referral Partner acknowledges and agrees that compensation is contingent upon the successful
completion of the referral process and satisfaction of all requirements set forth by Top Fund Injury.

1. Qualified Lead Requirement
A referral shall not be considered eligible for compensation unless the referred individual is
determined by Top Fund Injury, in its sole discretion, to be a qualified lead. A qualified lead
generally means an individual who: Has been involved in an accident or incident resulting in
potential injury-related claims; Provides accurate and verifiable contact information; Retains legal
representation through a law firm or legal service provider associated with Top Fund Injury; and
Meets all other qualification criteria established by Top Fund Injury.

2. No Compensation for Unqualified Referrals
Referral Partner shall not be entitled to any commission, fee, compensation, reimbursement, or
other payment for referrals that are duplicate leads, cannot be contacted, decline representation,
are rejected by the law firm, do not result in an executed representation agreement, are fraudulent
or invalid, or fail to meet qualification standards.

3. Compensation Contingent Upon Case Resolution
Any commission shall be deemed earned only after the referred case has been fully resolved,
settled, adjudicated, or otherwise concluded; the law firm handling the case has received payment;
and Top Fund Injury has received its corresponding compensation related to that case.

4. Payment Timing
If a referral becomes eligible for compensation, payment shall be made within a reasonable period
following Top Fund Injury's actual receipt of funds attributable to the referred case and completion
of any internal verification procedures.

5. No Guarantee of Compensation
Top Fund Injury makes no guarantee regarding acceptance of any referral, retention of legal
representation, settlement value, recovery amount, case duration, or whether any commission will
ultimately become payable.

6. Sole Determination
Top Fund Injury shall have sole and exclusive authority to determine whether a referral qualifies for
compensation and whether all conditions for payment have been satisfied.

7. Independent Contractor Relationship
Referral Partner is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, agent, joint venturer,
or representative of Top Fund Injury. Referral Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, reporting
obligations, and expenses associated with any compensation received.

8. Acknowledgment
By reading this, Referral Partner acknowledges that commission is not earned and shall not be
payable unless and until the referred case is successfully resolved and Top Fund Injury has actually
received compensation arising from that case.
